The Nuclear Elephant – presentations and photos

The Stichting KernVisie organized the symposium The Nuclear Elephant at De Nieuwe Liefde (The New Love) in Amsterdam on Friday March 3rd. On this day, we started a discussion about the elephant in the climate debate: how to deal with nuclear energy as a CO2 emission-free energy source. With contributions from (see memorable group photo) Anouk ter Brugge, Remco de Boer (moderator), Rauli Partanen, Janne Korhonen, Stephen Tindale, (left to right below) : Pier Stapersma, Kirsty Gogan, Ellen Jelgersma (organizer), the symposium turned out a great success. The organization is looking forward to welcoming all participants, and hopefully many more, again next time when The Nuclear Elephant emerges in the room somewhere in the Netherlands again.
